The sponsorship categories and packages are designed for companies interested in becoming sponsors of EMET 2014. Every sponsor is entitled to a number of general benefits Prior to the event:

  • Logo branding and acknowledgments on event collaterals, website and media campaign
  • Access to the list of registered delegates

During the event:

  • Allocation of delegate passes
  • Allocation of exhibition space
  • VIP invitations to official functions
  • Extensive venue logo branding
  • Advertising
  • Access to the final list of registered delegates

In addition, and in order to maximise the sponsorship impact, every sponsor is entitled to choose an exclusive sponsorship item from within three categories: Platinum, Gold and Silver.

How to become a Sponsor

  1. Choose your sponsorship exclusivity: Please consult the Sponsorship Menu to select your preferred package(s). Once you have selected your preferred package(s), please contact the EMET sales team.

  2. Finalize your Sponsorship Agreement: The sponsorship agreement consists of two documents:
    • Sponsorship Contract includes the terms and conditions as well as the general benefits.
    • Annex 1 of the sponsorship contract includes the exclusive benefits of the selected package. Annex 1 will be provided by the sales team for your approval after selecting your preferred package.

  3. Remember to plan your participation at the exhibition. Please note that every sponsorship package features a certain amount of exhibition complimentary equipped space:

    • Platinum category: 24 sq.m.
    • Gold category: 16 sq.m.
    • Silver category: 8 sq.m.

    Sponsors have the option to take raw space only but this will not reduce the cost of the selected sponsorship package. Additional exhibition space will be very limited and subject to availability at the time of the request. All sponsors will benefit from prime exhibition space as indicated on the Exhibition Floor Plan.
